​In 1896, J.M Schneider hires a master butcher to help him expand the business into other sausages. To protect his recipes, he also hires Detective Dickson to place them in a bank deposit box. But things don't quite go the way Dickson planned and he finds himself in the Waterloo County Jail charged with theft...and murder! His niece and investigative partner, Isabel "Izzy" Bruce,  gathers a team to prove her uncle’s innocence before it’s too late!
